Maneesh Gupta 

With 27 years of progressive leadership in the telecommunications industry, Maneesh founded Telence Solutions to bring his extensive global experience in services delivery across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to a focused client base. His career began at Nortel Networks in 1997, followed by impactful roles at Catena Networks (acquired by Ciena) and a significant 20-year tenure at Alcatel, Alcatel-Lucent, and ultimately Nokia. During his time at Nokia, Maneesh culminated his tenure as Head of Services Americas, leading a 500-strong team responsible for North and Latin American IP services with revenues exceeding $70M and supporting product sales of $1.2B. His prior experience also encompasses leadership positions in Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Maneesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems from Carleton University and maintains certifications as a Nokia Service Router Architect and Project Management Professional (PMP). At Telence Solutions, he leverages his deep industry knowledge to drive corporate strategy and champion the company’s greatest asset: its people.

Arin brings exceptional expertise in network design, implementation, and automation across multiple vendor platforms including Cisco, Nokia, Juniper, and Arista. His impressive credentials include CCIE certifications in Service Provider, Routing & Switching, and Data Center domains, as well as JNCIE-SP and Nokia SRA certifications, establishing him as a leading technical authority in the telecommunications industry.

Throughout his career spanning organizations like Nokia, Cisco Systems, and IBM, Arin has consistently delivered high-impact results in network infrastructure design, new product integration, and complex troubleshooting. He has gained international recognition as a speaker at prestigious industry events including Cisco Live and SRExperts and has authored multiple technical publications on advanced networking technologies. His extensive experience in data center design, segment routing, network automation, and cloud infrastructure makes him a valuable asset in developing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions that drive business transformation.

Anubhav Gupta 

Anubhav is an accomplished telecommunications executive with over two decades of progressive experience in network operations, design, and integration. Anubhav has established himself as a strategic leader in service migration, business transformation, and technological innovation. His expertise spans multiple domains including IP/MPLS networking, security architecture, network performance optimization, and cloud-based solutions, complemented by a strong educational foundation in Electronics and professional certifications in Cisco and Juniper technologies.

Throughout his distinguished career at Cisco, Juniper & Nokia, Anubhav has consistently delivered exceptional results in complex network environments, including the implementation of automation initiatives that significantly reduced operational costs, the creation of migration strategies for major CSPs and Enterprise customers, and the establishment of high-skilled teams for Managed services delivery. Pankaj Handoo

Pankaj Handoo is an accomplished networking professional with extensive experience in network development, architecture, and engineering across multiple industries. He brings expertise from prior roles at Cisco, Juniper and AT&T. His technical credentials include certifications from leading networking vendors including Cisco (CCIE Service Provider and Routing & Switching) and Juniper (JNCIE SP), establishing him as an authority in complex network environments.

With a strong educational foundation including a Bachelor’s in Engineering in Computer Systems Networking, Pankaj combines deep technical knowledge with practical implementation skills. His career has spanned diverse responsibilities including network architecture, IP core platform development, enterprise network design and deployment. Thomas Cheung 

Thomas is an accomplished Telecommunication professional with more than 25 years in the industry. He holds prestigious certifications including Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE R&S) and Nokia Service Routing Architect (SRA), complemented by a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering. Throughout his Telecommunication career, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in advanced network technologies including Segment Routing, IP/MPLS, EVPN-VXLAN, and data center architecture.

Thomas’s technical specialties encompass a wide range of advanced networking technologies including IP Network Architecture design and evolution, Segment Routing with Traffic Engineering (SR-TE), Flex-Algo, MPLS VPN implementations, MP-BGP, IS-IS, IPv6, QoS, Multicast, and next-generation Multicast VPN solutions. Priya Singhal 

Priya is a highly accomplished telecommunications professional with over 15 years of specialized experience in network engineering and design. Priya brings extensive expertise in designing and implementing IP/MPLS and FTTH networks, with particular focus on triple play solutions encompassing high-speed internet, voice, and video services. As a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in both Service Provider and Data Center domains, as well as a Nokia Service Routing Architect (SRA), she possesses exceptional technical credentials that place her among the industry’s leading network specialists.
